Jeffrey and Sandy, who lived in their old home for 35 years, had been looking to right-size for more than 5 years to no avail.

“One thing we liked about the homebuilding process here, because we were still living in New Hampshire, the general contractor gave us a call every week at the end of the week to tell us what happened, and what they planned on doing the following week,” Dennis says. “They made it very user-friendly to design and build a house 750 miles away.”
