You get what you pay for

About 15% of Encore Garage Ohio jobs are fixing or completely redoing botched workmanship, whether done by another contractor or a DIY homeowner.

I can pretty much guarantee if you call several contractors to bid on your garage floor remodeling job, I will not be the cheapest—and for good reason. There are significant differences between quality of materials, installation and know-how.

About 15% of our jobs are fixing or completely redoing botched workmanship, whether done by another contractor or a DIY homeowner.

Since 2007, we’ve relied on the best quality, industrial-grade polyaspartic flooring materials. What we use is head-and-shoulders above what you’d buy at a big-box store. Inferior materials mean an inferior finish that will peel, crack and lose its color. The issues aren’t just cosmetic, poor-quality materials can collect moisture and deteriorate the underlying concrete, causing costly structural repairs down the road.

Technique matters, too. Our seasoned crews are highly trained. We follow a strict multistep preparation process of layering and curing the product. Often when we’re called in for a redo, it’s because a company skipped steps and rushed an installation.

A lot of companies only do flooring. We offer the whole package, from flooring to cabinetry, organization systems and painting.

Accountability is another differentiator between Encore Garage and everyone else.

Clients like that they only deal with me throughout the job. I sell the jobs, make the jobs happen and own the company. What you see is what you get. I offer the best-quality job at the best price and have the five-star reviews to back it up.

I appreciate we’re all trying save money whenever we can, but if you tighten your belt too much with a garage renovation, it may cost you more in the end when you find yourself paying twice to have work redone. Give me a call for a free consultation.
