Kaye Construction turned this Strongsville family’s dream kitchen into reality. The focus of the kitchen remodel is timeless white shaker cabinets topped with granite countertops framed with a white subway tile backsplash.
Just like everything else in life, when it comes to home remodeling, timing is everything. If you have been thinking about updating your space or tackling those long-awaited home improvement projects, now is the time to start planning.
“Spring and summer are typically the peak seasons for remodeling because when the weather heats up, homeowners are eager to breathe new life into their homes. So, this month is the time to start planning to beat the rush,” says Josh Kaye, who, along with his brother Joe and father Ron, owns Kaye Construction. “We encourage people who are thinking about remodeling their home this year to call us now for a project quote before the schedule fills up.”
“We do both indoor and outdoor home remodeling,” he says. “And we are getting ready to start on outdoor work later this month, such as building room additions and constructing decks, as winter is almost in the rearview mirror.”
Kaye Construction is busy year-round sprucing up homes in Northeast Ohio, specializing in remodeling kitchens and bathrooms, building home additions, and renovating basements into usable family spaces.
The company finished a couple of remodels for area homeowners right before Christmas, so their families could entertain in their newfound spaces. For one happy Strongsville homeowner, Kaye turned their dream kitchen into reality. The focus of the kitchen remodel is timeless white shaker cabinets topped with granite countertops framed with a white subway tile backsplash.
“We always help homeowners find their own style, mixing some elements that are on-trend with classic styles for a renewed, timeless appeal,” Josh notes.
The company also just finished a whole-house remodel in Avon Lake, with a brand-new kitchen and two bathrooms. The contractors installed frameless alder wood cabinets in a dark stain contrasted with a white quartz countertop that continues all the way up the backsplash for a streamlined, modern design.
“By opting for frameless cabinetry, you also can gain more space for storage inside each cabinet,” Josh explains.
Often referred to as full access cabinets, frameless construction offers greater accessibility by eliminating the face frame and relying on its thicker, three-quarter-inch sides, top and bottom for stability.
In addition to the kitchen—the highlight of the renovation—just as much care and detail went into the two bathrooms that were renovated, with a free-standing tub in the master bathroom taking center stage.
A family-owned business, Kaye Construction supports other family businesses and is proud to offer products made in the USA. It has teamed up with Crystal Cabinets, a Minnesota-based cabinet company, to offer semi-custom cabinets for more wood options and customized colors when remodeling kitchens and bathrooms.
In business for more than a quarter- century, Kaye Construction is a two generation family company. Ron, Joe and Josh are all experienced remodelers and handle everything from the ground up.
“You will find the three of us working side by side on every project,” Josh says. “Unlike bigger home improvement companies, where you never meet the owners, we oversee each job personally.”
“Our goal has always been to not just beautify homes but to also make them more functional,” he adds. “The possibilities are endless when it comes to ways to renovate your home and enhance your living spaces. From concept to completion, let our family help yours.”
