The finishing touch

Like lipstick finishes a flawless face, custom blinds are the accent that pulls a room together. Here’s how Bloomin’ Blinds can make any room in your home pop.

A bright home office with a desk, clear chair, and two windows covered in patterned floral roller shades.

Enhancing your home with custom, functional, stylish and energy-efficient window treatments is what Bloomin’ Blinds is all about. It works with recognized and trusted brands like Hunter Douglas, Graber, Norman and other well-known names in the window treatment business.

Do the search, decision-making and cost involved with choosing window treatments for your home strike fear in your heart? They’re things that are necessary, especially in certain areas of the home, but the process can be overwhelming. With endless products, styles and options available, to successfully navigate the wide world of window treatments a knowledgeable guide is necessary.

Enter Bloomin’ Blinds, a family-owned, locally based window treatment supplier, installer and personal showroom all in one.

“The fact that Bloomin’ Blinds is locally focused allows me to be a true community partner since this is where I live and work,” franchise owner Tyler Falvey says. “Unlike the big-box stores or online suppliers, Bloomin’ Blinds is a personalized, concierge-style experience from our first conversation through installation and beyond.”

Bloomin’ Blinds is new to the area, but Tyler has more than 10 years of experience as a franchise owner of Deck Rescue Power Washing and Restoration.

“I may be newer to the window treatment industry, but beautifying people’s homes and creating personalized spaces for my customers is my passion,” Tyler says. “With Bloomin’ Blinds, I’m just moving indoors.”

“We work with many companies to satisfy every budget,” Tyler says. “That’s what sets Bloomin’ Blinds apart. Our free, in-home consultation allows me to see the project, discuss budget and offer solutions based on needs and style. Every home and style are unique, and I love seeing customers excited about what their home can be. With Bloomin’ Blinds, I can do more than tell them, I can show them.”

Tyler comes to your home for the free consultation with a window visualization tool that allows you to see all the possibilities on your windows right on the screen.

“With our window visualizer, you don’t have to make a sight-unseen decision,” Tyler says. “I’ll take pictures of your windows; you can select the treatments you’re interested in and then see exactly how they will look in your space. This is a tool that gives customers control and confidence in their choices.”

And speaking of control, Tyler loves the fact that with Bloomin’ Blinds he has total control of every project from start to finish.

“After scheduling an appointment through the call center, I’m the one who shows up at your home in the Bloomin’ Blinds van fully stocked with samples of blinds, shutters and draperies. I take laser measurements—no tape measure blunders here— to ensure an exact fit.”

After a two-to three-week turnaround, Tyler comes back for the installation.

“I show up again, same smiling face, to install your window treatments,” Tyler says. “Being involved from the start and not entrusting any of the project to someone else feeds my perfectionism. Seriously, though, it’s great to see every project through to the end and experience client reactions.”

Bloomin’ Blinds products come with a five-year warranty and, unique to Bloomin’ Blinds, window treatment repairs are also offered.

“I’ll fix your broken blind strings and other issues,” Tyler says. “And they don’t have to be ours. I’ve fixed 20-year-old products.”
