Feel better in your body
Better mobility. Better flexibility. Better living.

Are you performing your daily tasks and leisure activities as well as you’d like? How about feeling pain-free throughout your day or when you do try to do something active? If your answer to either of these is “no,” you might want to think about introducing consistent stretching into your routine.
At StretchLab, a trained Flexologist provides a one-on-one assisted stretch, during which you are guided through the proper way to stretch for your needs, goals and abilities—without pain or injury.
Before you arrive for your first stretch session, an associate will reach out to you about your goals, lifestyle, past injuries and other information. Your initial stretch begins with a simple MAPS assessment, determining Mobility, Activation, Posture and Symmetry, and identifying joint weaknesses, tightness, posture symmetry and how your muscles activate when you move. Your Flexologist then develops a stretching program designed especially for you, focused on the correct muscle groups.
All StretchLab Flexologists have a fitness and/or health background before beginning a three-tiered certification process that includes 60-plus hours of in-person workshops and 20-plus hours of hands-on training administering the 26 StretchLab stretches.
Lead Flexologist Jessica Sayre taught yoga for 14 years and has a personal training and nutrition coaching background.
“I work with clients of all ages and abilities,” Jessica says. “Whether you want to scoop balls on the pickleball court, improve your golf swing, run a marathon, or get on the floor with the grandkids, my goal for every client is to feel better in their body. At StretchLab, we will increase your range of motion, relieve pain, prevent injury and improve your quality of life.”
Your Flexologist uses a stretching technique called proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), which uses resistance to target your body’s tissues and ligaments and improve muscle elasticity.
“We work off a tension scale of 1 to 10 for every stretch,” Jessica says. “We want the stretch to feel good, without pain, but move you beyond your typical range of motion so you are always progressing. Flexibility is a longevity game. If you don’t continuously stretch the muscles, tendons and ligaments, you’ll lose it. We’ll help you get it back, keeping you improving and performing better in your life.”
Jessica says that Flexologists give clients “homework,” too.
“Knowledge is power,” Jessica says. “Once you know your body, we give you stretches you can safely and confidently do at home to keep the progress going. A stretch or two a week for six weeks will have you feeling and doing better.”
Flexologist Brooke Albert also came to StretchLab with a yoga instruction background, even traveling to India and Thailand perfecting her skills.
“I found myself not feeling fulfilled teaching yoga,” Brooke says. “I found StretchLab to be approachable for everyone. It targets specific muscles and is also great for seniors looking for increased mobility, strength and flexibility. Yoga can be very difficult for people who can’t get into those positions. StretchLab enhances so many other activities. You’ll get deeper in yoga poses, more flexible in your golf swing, and improve in whatever you’re doing. There’s amazing value in assisted stretching that even goes beyond the physical results.”
Brooke loves the fact that StretchLab sessions are tailored to clients’ personal needs and are truly an act of self-care, empowering clients to do better and understand that no one of any age has to live with pain and discomfort.
“At StretchLab, the focus is directly on you and your needs in a calm, focused environment for the full, 50-minute stretch,” Brooke says.
Brooke likes to also point out that your Flexologist is always available to answer your specific questions and concerns, another difference from a workout class.
“I find this so fulfilling because I see and feel my client’s progress in their limbs and gait,” Brooke says. “I know where the resistance hits in a stretch, and I see and feel the improvement from stretch to stretch.”
Brooke and Jessica both comment on how impressed they are with their clients. They think the reason people are so motivated is the simple fact that they see fast results.
For example, Jessica’s client Jen Black discovered StretchLab over a year ago and is thrilled with her results.
“StretchLab has been life-changing for me,” Jen says. “I was feeling extremely tight in my hips with limited flexibility, mobility and even needing assistance to do certain things. I feel so much better. I do my homework stretches and have greatly improved in every area. My life is better now.”
Studio Owner Jeanne Fuelling says it’s important to note that a StretchLab membership can be considered a qualified expense under an individual’s Health Savings Account (HSA), and many members use those accounts to pay for their service.
