Curated selling

Exactly real estate offers three different selling options designed to ideally match the needs of homeowners who are ready to make a move.

A two-story suburban home with tan vinyl siding, a stone facade, a two-car garage, and a lush green lawn.

Exactly offers three distinct selling packages, each thoughtfully tailored to meet the unique needs of different homeowners.

At Exactly, it’s all about choice.

When it comes to selling a home, this local real estate company does not follow the customary one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, it offers three distinct packages, each thoughtfully tailored to meet the unique needs of different homeowners.

Digital Agent

Designed for tech-savvy sellers who are comfortable with virtual interaction and value modern convenience, Exactly’s Digital Agent package provides expert service completely online.

“Our experienced agents provide full-service support online, without sacrificing quality or results,” says Kevin Wasie, founder of Exactly. “The only real difference is you are not meeting in person and sitting around the same table.”

For a $4,800 flat fee, the real estate agent handles all marketing, showings and negotiations, while you connect with your agent through Zoom, email or phone for guidance and updates.

Local Agent

For those who desire in-person guidance, the Local Agent package provides full support at a transparent price. Exactly offers this traditional agent service for a flat fee of $5,800, instead of the average traditional 3% of the sale price listing fee.

“Sellers often pay just a fraction of the traditional commission costs while receiving full service and expert support,” Kevin says.

Luxury Package

Designed for homes typically priced at more than $1 million, this package offers elevated services such as professional staging, a third-party appraisal and enhanced marketing strategies to maximize exposure to attract high-net-worth buyers.

“We offer this Luxury Package at 2% of the sale price, while delivering a tailored, white-glove experience,” says Kevin.

Julieana & Andy

When Julieana and Andy needed to sell their remodeled West Akron home to relocate to Arkansas, they wanted to highlight their updates and find a buyer who appreciated the charm of an older home. Exactly delivered—securing multiple offers and a cash buyer with no inspections.

“The Exactly team is professional, friendly and made it so easy to sell our home,” Julieana says. “The flat fee, expert care, and techy tools like their app and drone footage stood out.”

With Exactly’s $4,800 flat fee, instead of the customary 3% commission on the sale price of the listing, the couple saved $7,380 in commission fees while receiving comprehensive real estate services and excellent customer service.

Kenneth & Kelle

After Kenneth retired from the Akron Fire Department, he and Kelle decided to sell their beautifully updated two-story home and downsize to a newer, one-story home.

Their primary concern was pricing, as their home stood out in a neighborhood of older properties with no great comparables. With strategic marketing, Exactly secured multiple offers and sold the home to a buyer who waived the appraisal contingency, eliminating potential hurdles.

“Exactly Real Estate helped me get more for my home than I ever thought possible,” Kenneth says.

With the $5,800 Local Agent Package flat fee, the homeowners saved $10,400.
