Stronger!
MaxStrength Fitness offers a more efficient way to gain muscle and strength—in less time.

Bill Barlock appreciates the intensity of MaxStrength’s twice weekly 20-minute sessions. He says the trainers, like Rachel Payne, make the experience enjoyable.
For Bill Barlock, success has always been rooted in precision. As the owner of IT Support Specialists for the past 18 years, he’s built a career on data-driven decisions, measurable outcomes and systems that deliver predictable results.
So, when he met MaxStrength Fitness founder Jeff Tomaszewski 10 years ago through an entrepreneur group, he recognized a kindred spirit in studying and analyzing actionable data to come up with something novel and nimble.
“Jeff’s passion and determination were palpable,” says Bill. “With his background in science and physical therapy, he’d done the research and saw the results that could be produced with a clinically controlled protocol of 20-minute twice weekly workouts on precise exercise equipment. He knew he was onto something.”
Measurable Metrics=Motivation
At the time, Bill’s children were young and he was looking for a way to stay strong and energized enough to keep up with them. What he found was a fitness approach that fit seamlessly into his busy life, while delivering results he could measure.
Now 51, with his kids grown, Bill says he’s stronger than ever and has no plans of slowing down.
“The workouts are intense,” he says. “When I leave, I feel accomplished, knowing that my muscles have been completely exhausted. The trainers make the experience enjoyable, getting to know me over the years and pushing me in ways I would not push myself. They are personally invested in my success.”
In an industry where most people don’t stick with an exercise routine or healthy habit for long, MSF trainers and a unique protocol make for the perfect answer you’ll never want to quit.
Unlike a lot of training studios in the area, the trainers at MaxStrength undergo extensive specialized training in addition to their personal training certification. They are skilled at guiding clients through the progressive low-force equipment designed to maximize movement and time.
Data is the foundation of the program, and every six to eight weeks clients undergo a body analysis that provides a host of data beyond just height and weight. It’s a system that appeals to analytical thinkers like Bill—and keeps members motivated.
Are you Asking Enough of Your Bones?
Over the years, Jeff has continued researching exercise science and shares that with MSF members through educational content. Recently he explored the importance of maintaining bone strength as you age.
“Starting around age 40, adults begin losing bone density, as much as 1-2% every year, which makes strength, balance and bone health more important than ever,” he says. “Most of us grew up thinking bones were like pieces of lumber, just there to act as a foundation to hold everything together. That’s incorrect. Bones are dynamic, living tissue that are constantly breaking down and rebuilding. You have the power to change them. Bones naturally adapt to the stress you put on them.”
Ask more of your body and it strengthens, ask less and it weakens. All the more reason to make strength training your key to a healthier, happier, longer lifespan.
