That was the case for one Medina homeowner who had previously worked with Impact Landscaping to install their lawn after they moved in and now turned to the company’s remodeling division to finish their basement.

“This homeowner had built a new home and a year later wanted to add more livable space, so we finished the basement to include a large family room area with a bar, bedroom and bathroom,” Joe says. “We added different design elements, like a wood feature ceiling, to define the space and add interest, to create a basement that is first-floor worthy.”

The finished lower level feels like a natural extension of the home, rather than an afterthought.
