Holiday Copley Place offers a welcoming place for residents to embrace the comfort, convenience and community of an independent living lifestyle.

Spacious apartments, elevated dining and enriching activities create a lifestyle residents love at Holiday Copley Place.
Designed with a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere and the comforts of home, Holiday Copley Place offers an engaging independent senior living lifestyle centered on comfort, convenience and community.
Every detail is thoughtfully planned to remove the hassles of daily life, freeing residents to spend more time enjoying what matters most. Meals prepared by a chef trained in farm-to-table scratch cooking. Weekly housekeeping to tidy up the apartment. A social calendar filled with everything from chair tap dancing to watercolor workshops to live entertainment.
“Our residents are active seniors who want to live independently while enjoying the ease of having meals prepared by our chef, their homes maintained by our staff and their days enriched with meaningful activities,” says Jackie Mitchell, general manager of Copley Place. “Independent living is ideal for those who may not want to prepare their own meals and drive a lot anymore or need more social stimulation. Here, residents can still live independently without the added costs of assisted living, making it a more affordable option.”
Rather than trying to be everything to everyone, Copley Place focuses on independent living and helping residents maintain their independence. Support comes in the form of chef-prepared dining, housekeeping, organized social activities and transportation. And when additional support is needed, peace of mind comes from knowing that third-party caregivers are available, allowing residents to age in place comfortably within the community. Wings of Love caregivers can assist with medication management, bathing and any other personal needs, while Legacy Healthcare Services provides on-site physical and occupational therapy for residents requiring rehabilitation or ongoing care.
“By having third-party caregivers in-house, residents have the option to add care only if and when needed, rather than having it built into their monthly fee,” Jackie notes.
Copley Place offers studio, one- or two-bedroom apartment floorplans, as well as a fully furnished apartment available for short-term respite stays. The 120 spacious apartments are spread across three floors, with inviting common areas serving as an extension of the home. Amenities include a restaurant-style dining room, cozy library, activity room, business center, beauty salon and fitness center—all conveniently located within the building that was originally built in 2006 and recently remodeled with a bright, airy and artful design.
“We make living here affordable with everything included in the monthly rent, from your private apartment, all utilities except for phone, three meals a day, housekeeping and linen services, and transportation if needed,” says Jackie, noting that pricing starts at $2,499 per month. “At Copley Place, we help simplify your life and enhance your well-being.”
One of the community’s most popular amenities is its full-service dining program. Executive Chef Jay Gillett and his culinary team prepare freshly made menu items full of flavor and variety, including favorites such as chicken pot pie, grilled shrimp Greek salad, and pastrami on rye. Even the breads and desserts are baked in-house for an elevated dining experience. Friendly servers who know residents’ names, favorite dishes and how they take their coffee serve each meal at the tables.
In addition to breakfast, lunch and dinner, there is a refresh station with coffee, flavored water and snacks available throughout the day.
“We really are a home-like environment, so pets are welcome here as well,” Jackie says. “Having a pet adds companionship and joy, and we believe that’s an important part of everyday life.”
Conveniently located near the Fairlawn and Bath communities, and just minutes from shopping and dining, Copley Place offers transportation around town, making it easy for residents to stay connected to the greater community.
