Luxury living designed for connection

Perrino Lifestyles creates a welcoming, niche 55-plus community at Magnolia Meadows right next door to Avon—where front porches and lasting friendships come standard.

An open-concept living area with a stone fireplace, brown leather sofas, patterned armchairs, and a kitchen island bar.

The clubhouse serves as the social heart of Magnolia Meadows, featuring a kitchen and bar, fitness center, bocce and pickleball courts, outdoor pool and covered porch with a fireplace—inviting residents to gather with friends and family year-round.

Having grown up in the tight-knit community of Collinwood, local builder Pat Perrino is replicating this sense of community in the new neighborhoods he is building around town, including Magnolia Meadows, a new active adult lifestyle community in Sheffield Village on the Avon border.

“Our community encourages connections reminiscent of the friendly neighborhoods of yesteryear,” says Pat, president of Perrino Lifestyles, which is building Magnolia Meadows—an Epcon community. “Homes feature front porches designed for gathering and the community clubhouse offers plenty of opportunities to connect.”

Designed for those ages 55-plus, Magnolia Meadows will include 63 detached single-family luxury homes featuring low-maintenance living. The first residents already have moved in and friendships are forming quickly.

“We are proud to say we were the first residents to move into Magnolia Meadows,” says Sandy, who, along with her husband Jeff, moved into their new home last year. “The building process went very smoothly; it ran like a well-oiled machine. And now, as new neighbors have started to move in, the community is beginning to take shape. We have already had several gatherings at the well-appointed clubhouse. Everyone is so welcoming and new friendships are being formed.”

Residents enjoy the best of both worlds—a clubhouse buzzing with activities when they want to socialize and a private courtyard in their own homes where they can retreat to relax.

The thoughtfully designed homes merge gorgeous interiors and peaceful outdoor living—with the kitchen, dining area, living room and courtyard all within sight—created for ease and comfort.

Homebuyers can choose from five models ranging from 1,580 to 5,000 square feet.

While the community primarily features zero-entry ranch homes, a limited number of homes offer walk-out basements for those seeking additional space. An optional second floor can be added to any home to create extra room for a bedroom, office, craft room or bonus area.

“Our homes are priced from the mid- $400,000s to more than $1 million so there is something for every different price range,” Pat says. “From spa-inspired bathrooms to designer kitchens, every finish is curated and customizable. We can even add an elevator for homes that are more than one story.”

“Perrino Lifestyles is top-notch and the quality and floorplans are very unique for a 55-plus community,” says Gail, one of the first homeowners to move in. “Their attention to detail is impressive and their team is outstanding from sales to interior design to our amazing project manager. Magnolia Meadows is close to everything and yet they preserved trees and a nice neighborhood feel. I am extremely happy with my new home and amazing neighbors.”
