A Move Made Easy
When Dennis and his wife relocated from New Hampshire, they wanted a home with quality construction and a design suited to their lifestyle.
Their real estate agent showed them several communities, including a Perrino home. “We could see a spectacular difference between what is offered here and what we saw elsewhere,” Dennis says.
That good impression continued throughout the building process.
“Because we were still living in New Hampshire, the general contractor gave us a call every week at the end of the week to tell us what happened and what they planned on doing the following week,” he says. “They made it very user friendly to design and build a house 750 miles away.”
The couple found a home with plenty of room to spread out, including a basement that offers flexibility.
“It gives you plenty of room to store things,” Dennis says. “As our grandkids come to visit, I can see them learning to roller skate and play down there.”
The extra space means the home can continue to evolve along with the family, whether it is used for storage today or becomes a favorite gathering spot for grandchildren tomorrow.
Discovering Magnolia Meadows
For Jeffrey and Sandra, the search had been going on for years. They loved their colonial home, but they wanted to be proactive about the future. For five or six years, they looked on and off for the right place.
Nothing felt quite right—until they discovered Magnolia Meadows.
“It was a fantastic experience from beginning to end,” Jeffrey says. “Everything is very organized. The steps you go through were just very, very comfortable. It’s a well-oiled machine.”
From the sales team and project managers to the interior design professionals, Jeffrey says every part of the process felt coordinated.
“Pat Perrino is a very seasoned builder, and the whole team was very professional,” he says.
After decades in their previous home, the couple expected an adjustment period. Instead, they found themselves embracing the freedom that came with simplifying.
“After 35 years in our old home, we thought we would miss it,” Jeffrey says. “But we love the way this was designed. It meets our needs.”
Downsizing didn’t mean giving up storage or comfort. Their new home offers 11 closets, abundant storage and an oversized garage.
“We got rid of things, and, truthfully, there’s not one thing I regret getting rid of,” he says. “I feel very liberated not having all that stuff.”
