Higher Heights Fitness helps clients reach their peak fitness level with customized one-on-one strength training workouts led by seasoned personal trainers using high-tech equipment housed in private fitness suites.

Specialties include:

The team here is a lot like family. They support each other and care for their clients with a VIP level of customer service. With each session, clients are personally greeted at the door by their trainer. They want people to feel confident, motivated, happier, healthier and fulfilled.

Keeping tabs on members’ progress

When clients initially join, the trainers do a fitness and wellness assessment. This allows them to set individualized goals that are attainable. Then every six to eight weeks they do follow-up assessments during to make sure they are progressing.

From students to seniors, weekend warriors to sports teams and professional athletes—whatever a person’s level of fitness, the highly educated and certified trainers give people the tools needed to reach their full potential.

To mix things up, they also offer small group, boot-camp style, HIIT exercise classes with a maximum of four members going through different rotations of the same workout. Members can partake in 45-minute virtual training sessions through Zoom or Facetime. Like the in-studio workouts, everything is customized to a client’s capability.
