The white-glove touch

Vantage Point Cleaning Services promises a white-glove touch when cleaning homes and businesses throughout the area

Busy families today are more mindful of choosing the things that matter to them. Vantage Point Cleaning Services tailors its cleaning to each client’s needs and budgets.

People today are more mindful of choosing the things that matter to them. Scrubbing floors and sinks doesn’t compare to reading a book, helping a child with homework or playing outside with your kids. Back to school means back to you.

For good reason, September is one of the busiest months for new clients looking to hire a cleaning service.

“Busy families are coming off summer and settling into a routine again,” says Jeannie Kulon, who owns Vantage Point Cleaning Services. “It’s a time when moms take a breath after getting the kids on the bus, look around their home and come to the conclusion that there are better ways they could spend their time than cleaning. People today are more mindful of choosing the things that matter to them. Scrubbing floors and sinks doesn’t compare to reading a book, helping a child with homework or playing outside with your kids.”

Best Left to a Professional
There’s a big difference between a home that’s cleaned by a professional and you feeling like you’re sticking your finger in the dam, trying to squeeze in cleaning at the end of the day. Compounding your stress is the constant worry someone will pop in unexpectedly and your home will be a complete mess.

“Once people start with us, they never go back,” says Jeannie. “They often say the same thing, they wonder what took them so long.”

For the team at Vantage Point, cleaning is both a profession and a passion, a point of pride and dedication.

“Most of my team has been with me for over a dozen years,” she says. “They are highly trained and overseen by a field supervisor. We also make sure the same people clean the same home time after time. They feel like the experts in knowing the best way to make it shine. And homeowners appreciate the trust factor of not having strangers in their house.”

White Glove Touch
Jeannie has created a level of caring for you home she calls “white-glove touch” clean.

When starting with a new client, she recommends the first clean is a Top-to-Bottom Deluxe Clean, which includes baseboards, ceiling fans, light fixtures, tops of refrigerators, moldings, woodwork and windows (inside and out if they tilt in).

According to clients like Michelle M. of North Royalton, the deluxe treatment extends to customer service, too, “Vantage Point is the biggest lifesaver! They do a thorough job in my home and are always enjoyable while here. My dog loves them. Jeannie always lets me know ahead of time what time they will be arriving and sends reminders regarding my appointments. Will always use Vantage Point.”

Packages to Fit Your Budget
Jeannie says it’s a misconception that cleaning services are only for wealthy people.

“Our clients are all over the board socioeconomically,” she says. “What used to be a luxury is now more of a necessity.”

To meet any budget, she customizes the package to the person. That means maybe they only clean one floor at a visit or schedule their cleans bi-weekly or monthly instead of weekly. Whatever works best for the client. They also provide a la carte services and move-in/move-out services.

Headquartered in Strongsville, Vantage Point Cleaning Services beautifies homes, small businesses and doctor’s offices in Strongsville, Columbia Station, Brunswick, Hinckley, Valley City and the surrounding communities. The firm is fully bonded and insured as well as accredited by the Better Business Bureau, from whom it has earned an A+ rating.
