Training backed by nutrition

With healthy and balanced recipes and virtual coaching through Higher Heights Fitness new app—Everfit—we take the guesswork out of putting together a smart eating plan customized to suit your needs and goals.

If you’re someone who thinks the holiday season officially kicks off with Halloween candy, starting an exercise routine and nutrition program now can prevent you from letting yourself go.

In a perfect timing scenario, we have just introduced a revamped nutrition program, overseen by nutrition coach Brendan Faloon. With healthy and balanced recipes and virtual coaching through our new app—Everfit—we take the guesswork out of putting together a smart eating plan customized to suit your needs and goals. Our members who have already addressed the changes they want to see in their bodies and worked with us to make them happen are testimony to that.

The new app has been a hit with people. It opens doors to a more efficient hybrid mode of training. On days they don’t want to come into the studio, they’ve enjoyed seeing their customized workouts pop up on their phones from their seasoned trainer, with suggested weights and instructional videos of each movement.

The holidays and hibernation seasons are nearly here. Why not get a head start on staying active and on target to being your healthiest self?
