Introducing concierge-style primary care at UH Fairlawn Health Center.

A healthcare worker in blue scrubs opens a glass door for an individual, gesturing for them to enter.

For an annual membership fee, UH Select patients gain access to a truly patient-centered primary care model that prioritizes unhurried attention, easy accessibility, and strong patient-doctor relationships.

Imagine a primary care experience built entirely around you. Every appointment offers extended time for meaningful conversation, and your physician takes a proactive approach in managing your long-term health. This dedicated approach defines UH Select, University Hospitals’ premium concierge medicine program—now available to the Fairlawn community at the UH Fairlawn Health Center.

For an annual membership fee, patients gain access to a truly patient-centered primary care model that prioritizes unhurried attention, easy accessibility, and strong patient-doctor relationships. While all UH primary care providers are committed to outstanding care, UH Select’s membership structure allows physicians to limit their practice size ensuring each patient receives this enhanced level of dedicated time.

Office visits are billed to insurance just like traditional primary care appointments. If your visits have been covered by insurance in the past, they should also be covered under UH Select. While some office visits may still require co-pays, many find that the benefits—enhanced access, unhurried appointments, and a holistic approach to health—far outweigh the costs.

This expansion is led by two highly respected physicians, David Dulle, MD, and Sharon Van Nostran, DO, who bring their combined expertise to enhance the personalized care model that defines UH Select.

“We’re thrilled to bring the UH Select model to Fairlawn. The core difference here is time and attention—time to truly understand a patient’s whole life and story, not just their medical chart,” says Dr. Dulle. “By limiting our practice size, we can dedicate ourselves to providing that high-touch service and making every interaction a genuinely positive step toward a healthier, longer life.”

UH Select is more than just primary care. It’s a partnership in health. The annual membership supports an environment where physicians can focus entirely on personalized attention and premium services, ensuring that every interaction is meaningful and tailored to the patient’s unique health journey.

“My patients truly are like family, and UH Select provides the ideal environment to nurture those vital relationships,” adds Dr. Van Nostran. “We believe the best medicine comes from the best partnerships. Having unhurried time allows us to focus on tailored prevention and wellness strategies, making the journey to better health something we fully achieve together.”

If you value immediate access, no wait times, and a dedicated physician who prioritizes your health, UH Select may be the perfect fit. To learn more or become a member, visit UHhosptials.org/UHSelect or call 216-998-4872 for UH Fairlawn and 216-998-2528 for UH Solon to schedule a meet-and-greet with one of our providers.
