“Our customers are busier than ever, with little time to grocery shop, meal prep or cook,” says owner Anna Dey, who, along with her husband Michael, grew up in Lake County. “With two-parent working households where the kids are in sports and meals can be hit or miss, we offer delicious, perfectly portioned, prepackaged meals, ready in minutes, with balanced macronutrients and plenty of protein. They may be low sugar and low sodium, but the dishes are packed with ingredients people love.”

For Anna, the business model is a personal one. As a former bodybuilder, she found herself in the rut of meticulously counting calories and weighing portions. She’d become increasingly unhappy with diet culture.

“Our approach favors a sustainable option to healthy nutrition,” she says. “We have some clients who pick up 21 meals a week from us. It means a lot to be making a positive impact on the community’s well-being.”

Busy moms and dads, working professionals and seniors also appreciate the affordability, with tasty meals under $10. Some of the most popular choices include Cheeseburger Bowl, Tri-Tip Steak Frites and Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese.

“Every week we make seven fresh meals on our rotating weekly meal plan for dining in the café or takeout,” says Anna. “Our protein smoothies are also a big draw. The Frozen Chocolate Banana is a top seller.”
