Telling Your Home’s Compelling Story

Jen is uniquely qualified to ensure every listing tells a compelling story. “Every listing has a story, and my role is to tell that story in a way that attracts buyers, drives showings, and helps homes sell quickly and for top dollar.”

Jen’s storytelling skills partly stem from the degree she earned in video production at Ohio University. She was also the producer of a televised home show early in her career, which sparked a passion for real estate. “It’s important to me that each property is showcased with professional photography, video tours, floor plans, and personalized property websites,” she says.

She offers these services at no additional cost to her clients.

Jen helps clients with all aspects of buying and selling. She excels with first-time buyers, earning five-star reviews for her responsiveness, advocacy, and natural instinct to make them feel like family.

As a designated Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Jen provides seniors with tailored resources and thoughtful guidance, supporting them through the process from listing their home to transitioning to a new one. She connects seniors with trusted professionals when downsizing, including estate sale specialists and moving companies, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.

Teamwork Makes the Dream Work

Two of the key partners in Jen Porter’s network are Motto Mortgage Above & Beyond and Infinity Title Solutions. Comparing mortgage rates online can feel overwhelming, but a local loan officer at Motto does the rate shopping for you. “One of the best things about Motto is that they are accessible outside of typical 9-to-5 banking hours. That’s so important in real estate, where time is of the essence,” she says.

Jen also relies on Infinity Title Solutions to provide her clients with personalized service from start to finish. “Infinity offers ongoing communication and reliable systems for a smooth transaction that closes on time,” says Jen.
