Mancuso Homes creates stunning interiors that pack a custom punch.

Built in 1964, this formerly one-story brick ranch along Cleveland’s historic stretch of Edgewater Drive was a modest home with cramped rooms and dated decor. After consulting with the homeowners, the Mancusos knocked down walls, added a second floor, an addition and a covered outdoor living room.

Bringing to life spaces that are uniquely reflective of the homeowner with wow-factor design ideas, craftsmanship and a meticulous eye for detail has been a hallmark of Mancuso Homes since 2012.

Founders Darren and Kate Mancuso undertook a massive transformation of this formerly one-story brick ranch along Cleveland’s historic stretch of Edgewater Drive. Built in 1964, it was a modest home with cramped rooms and dated decor. After consulting with the homeowners, the Mancusos knocked down walls, added a second floor, an addition and a covered outdoor living room.

They have a gift for showcasing personal touches in a magnificent fashion. When they discovered the homeowners were wine aficionados, they knew that should be an element in the kitchen design. Kate came up with the genius concept for a focal point of creating a temperature-controlled wine room along one wall. The breathtaking design displays 50 bottles of the couple’s favorite trophy wines behind glass doors along a stunning lit backdrop of fine porcelain. It’s a master class in sophistication and elegance.

“This couple also loves to cook and entertain, so we designed a hidden walk-in pantry behind one wall and made space for two wine refrigerators and separate sinks in what functions as a gourmet coffee station/bar area,” says Kate. “The size of the island—an entire 10-foot slab—also makes it a focal point. The esthetic reflects a return to natural woods juxtaposed with glamorous shades of white. It’s restrained, elevated and timeless.”

“At Mancuso Homes, our reach goes far beyond building and renovating. Through The Mancuso Homes Team, brokered by eXp Realty, we help clients purchase their dream homes, sell with confidence and navigate every real estate decision,” Darren says. “If what you’re looking for doesn’t exist, our in-house construction and design experts can help you reimagine a property or even build from the ground up. We make buying, selling and creating your ideal home seamless.”
