Regardless of your style, adding the natural beauty of an authentic wood table to your home décor is a popular choice these days. Unique Live Edge Tables offers a wide range of both live edge and traditional edge options in a variety of sizes, wood species and finishes.

“There’s a lot of interest in larger custom-made live edge and traditional edge dining and console tables,” says craftsman and Owner Bruce Hanusosky. “We have several to choose from on the showroom floor and I welcome custom orders. The custom order design process consists of specifying your dimensions, choosing your wood species and the finish that you want, and then selecting the type of legs or base that best suits your design style.”

When ordering a custom table, Bruce advises customers to first visit the store and look around. It’s important for customers to see, touch and experience the true quality of these pieces for themselves. No two tables are ever the same.

Working with Bruce to design your own custom table, you will be getting a one-of-a-kind, never to be produced again treasure for generations to come. Once all design specifications are confirmed, Bruce will turn your order around quickly, avoiding long wait times which tend to be typical in the custom table industry. And at Unique Live Edge you’ll be able to meet the craftsman himself, see his products and understand the quality you can expect.

When Bruce and Diana first opened Unique Live Edge, the showroom was filled with smaller side and end tables, coffee tables and charcuterie boards. Those are all still available, but now you’ll find larger pieces like dining and console tables, bench seating and more.

Bruce is always looking to expand his product line, which includes all types of tables such as kitchen and dining tables, sofa tables, coffee tables, end tables, occasional tables, desks, benches and stools, as well as an extensive line of charcuterie boards of all sizes. One way he is doing that is with a wide variety of the latest finishes.

“Some people like a matte finish, some like a glossier finish and others prefer something in between,” says Bruce. “A new process I’m using now actually gives the surface a silky-smooth feeling. And all surfaces are extremely durable, easy to care for, 100% non-toxic and food safe.”

Bruce Hanusosky, a craftsman all his life, founded Unique Live Edge Tables last year with his partner Diana Wilson. He uses a diverse range of woods, including black walnut, maple, ash, oak, locust, elm, olive and more. The business prides itself on the fact they have something for everyone.

Bruce wants his clients to know that his creations are very well-priced. “I want to make something people can afford to buy,” says Bruce. “Nothing makes me happier than a customer falling in love with a piece they can afford to take home and enjoy. I’m doing this because I have a passion for it. It keeps me very busy, physically challenged and mentally sharp. It’s all been much more than I ever expected.”
