The talented team at Cory’s is celebrating 37 years of beauty trends and creativity

There may be salons on every corner of every town, but most don’t have the longevity and creativity found at Cory’s Hair Studio & Day Spa.
A staple in town for nearly four decades, not only does Cory’s have a long history, it also stays abreast of the changing times and all of the latest beauty trends to truly be leading edge.
As Cory’s Hair Studio & Day Spa celebrates its 37th anniversary next month, salon owner Cory Calabro credits her staff for the success of her business.
Here is who and why Cory’s is indeed such a special place.
Corinne - Salon Owner
“I founded the business in 1984 with the vision of creating a fun, relaxing place for both clients and employees alike. After all these years, I still love and am passionate about cutting hair. Thanks to everyone who has supported us over the decades.”
Morgan - Eyelash Technician and Makeup Artist
Morgan joined the staff at Cory’s this year. “I specialize in eyelash extensions that enhance your face and eliminate the need to wear mascara.”
Nickole – Nail Technician
“I’ve been a nail technician for 31 years and worked for Cory’s over 20 years ago. Now I’m back here and am loving it.”
Cassie — Hairstylist and Nail Technician
Cassie has been with Cory’s for 15 years. “I absolutely love the bond between me and my clients. I am passionate about color, both for hair and nails.”
Andrea - Hairstylist and Nail Technician
Andrea has been working her magic at Cory’s for the past year. “I enjoy working with medium to longer hair and doing the Balayage hair coloring technique. I also love to do manicures and pedicures. I am excited to continue working in this industry doing what I love.”
Monika - Hairstylist
“I’ve been with Cory since 1993 and love to make my clients look great with new color and haircuts.”
Evonne - Front Desk
Evonne’s is one of the first faces you see at the front desk when you walk into the salon. “From handling food and beverage to working the front desk, I have been multitasking for the past eight years and love it all.”
Miranda - Full-Service Cosmetologist
The versatile Miranda has been with Cory’s for three years. “I do it all, from hair and nails to facials and massages. I like making people feel good.”
Wendy - Manager
Wendy’s tenure with Cory’s has been an impressive 29 years. “There’s nothing but friends and family here. This place is my home away from home.”
Melissa - Full-Service Cosmetologist
Melissa has enjoyed working at Cory’s for six years. “While I specialize in makeup and nail services, I enjoy all facets of the beauty industry, including hair color and cutting techniques. My favorite time of year is wedding and prom season because special occasion styling services are when I can be my most creative.”
Stephanie – Hairstylist
Stephanie has over 10 years’ experience behind the chair, and nearly four years at Cory’s. “I truly love hair color. My favorites are blondes and fashion colors. I also really enjoy working with curly hair and specialize in Deva Curl cutting. I love making people look and feel good.”
Jess – Hairstylist
Jess has been showcasing her talents at Cory’s for 10 years. “My favorite services to do are color and Deva Curl haircuts. I love being at Cory’s because of my coworkers and my guests. I look forward to coming in to see them every day.”
Traci - Hairstylist
A fixture at Cory’s for 13 years, Traci brings out each client’s best. “I love doing any kind of color and highlights, and really enjoy working with our guests.”
Carrie - Hairstylist
Newer to the team at Cory’s, Carrie has been with the salon and spa for one year. “I love doing fashion colors and keeping up with all the new color techniques.”
Joanne - General Manager
Joanne has been salon owner Cory’s right-hand gal for the past 29 great years. “Every day is an adventure. The diversity of my position keeps it interesting from paperwork to phone calls and beyond.”
Lindsay — Hairstylist

Kathy - Esthetician and Nail Technician
Kathy has been honing her beauty skills at Cory’s for two years. “My skincare techniques bridge the gap between medical and day spas with a European touch. My goal is to help my clients relax, look younger and feel good about themselves.”

Anita - Hairstylist
“I said from day one this would be the place I will retire from. I enjoy working with some of the most talented people I’ve ever come across in my 30-plus years.”
