So well that PHI recently moved into a 4,500 square-foot warehouse that houses their growing business.
Mary says. “It’s unique because a traditionally insulated home cannot be insulated again without tearing the walls down. Our foam insulation is injected into the walls of your home from the outside through small holes underneath the siding. It’s done in one day and without disruption.”
Mary and Mike say that what also sets them apart is their high level of expertise, knowledge of the process and customer service.
“We pride ourselves on the quality of our crews and our responsiveness to our customers,” Mike says. “We have no intention of selling people something they don’t need. We like to say we have big company results with a small company feel. We’re available immediately for any questions or issues and I won’t take your money unless the job is done right.”
The process begins with a phone call to PHI to discuss your issues with your home. A PHI energy consultant then comes to your home to show you what’s going on behind your walls through thermal imaging technology. If foam insulation is recommended, the process is explained in detail.
“We want people to know this is a very safe, environmentally friendly process,” Mike says. “There are no VOCs produced, no off-gassing and both the foam and the fiberglass insulation products are Class 1 fire rated. We use only the highest-grade products.”
