After 30 years in business, local manufacturers Apollo Products, API Pattern Works and Trucast rebranded to Olympus Aerospace on January 1, 2024. Business owners Katy Baden and Chris Scanlon have joined forces and have unified their tooling, gauge and fixture, and manufacturing divisions to better satisfy customer needs. Olympus Aerospace strives to be a full-service supplier to the aerospace and industrial gas turbine industries.

“We have recently updated our mission, purpose and values to align with our rebrand,” Katy, Olympus Aerospace’s CEO, says. “Our newest focus is to provide exceptional support to the aerospace, IGT and other foundry-based industries in order to assist OEMs in both commercial and military ventures to be the preferred vendor to our customers and the preferred employer to our team.”

Current and future customers made a smooth transition to the rebranded Olympus Aerospace. “On January 1, 2024, we completely and officially transitioned to Olympus Aerospace. Nothing was required from our customers. All transitions were handled by our team on the back end,” Katy notes.

In creating a united front, Olympus Aerospace will be able to move forward with an enhanced experience and expertise during this exciting transition. The employees are the organization’s greatest asset, and they will continue to bring extensive knowledge and dedication to the company.

“Our companies have always worked together in the past,” Katy explains. “We see this rebranding as just one more opportunity for the values and philosophies we hold to continue to drive our team to meet customer needs.”

Olympus Aerospace’s four facilities are located on Hamann Industrial Parkway in Willoughby. With the rebranding officially that took place January 1, 2024, the new website is OlympusAero.com.
