Wash away winter grime

Enjoy 20% savings and automatic service with the “Pristine Routine.”

The Pristine Routine includes three alternating services—house, roof and concrete.

The winter of 2025 has been brutal. Everywhere you look, the region seems covered in salt, grime, mildew and mold, including our homes—the siding, roofs and concrete surfaces.

Now that we’ve arrived at mid-March, however, the end is in sight. At last, we can picture ourselves with our feet up, relaxing on our backyard patios.

Wait, what’s that? Grime on our siding? Black steaks on our rooftops? Mildew on our patio pavers? These are sure-fire ways to ruin the moment.

To make your outdoor experiences more relaxing and enjoyable, have your home professionally cleaned. Right now is a good time because the industry-leading Pristine Clean just extended the deadline for its “Pristine Routine” membership program until the end of March. It saves you 20% and puts your power washing on autopilot.

How “Pristine Routine” Works

“Depending on where you live and how much tree coverage your property has, you likely don’t need to power wash your home every year,” explains Pristine Clean founder Ken Wilson. “That’s why we encourage our members to rotate through our three basic services. We can clean your house one year, your driveway the next, and then your roof after that. In year four, we begin the process again.”

Ken says members love the program because it’s easy and flexible. “When you sign up to have any one of our services performed every year, you earn a 20% discount,” he adds. “And each year, we contact you to schedule a convenient time for that service.”

That 20% is a genuine discount. Unlike less reputable companies, Pristine doesn’t inflate the price to create the illusion of a discount. “We’ve always provided a flat-rate, up-front quote based on the square footage of the job, so you pay the same amount as your neighbors,” Ken assures. “Once we have that quote calculated, we then apply your 20% discount.”

Modern Equipment and Training

Ken cautions that inexperienced power washers or outdated equipment rely on excessive pressure to remove grime, mold, and mildew, but that’s how damage occurs.

“We use a ‘soft wash,’” he explains. “This means our new equipment relies on a higher water volume instead of high pressure to get the job done. We also treat your home with a safe and effective mildewcide that softens the mold, mildew, and grime before we even turn on the machines. The result is a beautifully clean home without the risks of high pressure. Afterward, we apply proper sealants to enhance and protect your home.”

Over the winter, Ken invested in six new trucks with leading-edge equipment, increasing the fleet total to 25 trucks. Each technician has received both classroom and hands-on training, which includes a comprehensive apprenticeship program.

Important Insurance Update

Many insurance companies have initiated a new policy and are beginning to send notices to policyholders that their homeowners insurance premiums will be increasingly substantially if they do not properly care for their roofs.

But here in Northeast Ohio, we are ahead of the game, thanks to the Pristine Roof Renew, a service that uses an environmentally safe asphalt shingle rejuvenator to extend the life of your entire roof by 5 to 10 years. The soy-based, eco-friendly application works by restoring lost oils to the shingles, dramatically increasing their flexibility and durability.

The application also waterproofs the surface of your roof and reduces the effects of oxidation and bacteria growth.

Note: Roof Renew is not one of the company’s three rotating services thus is not a part of the Pristine Routine membership program.

Headquartered in Berea, Pristine Clean beautifies homes throughout Northeast Ohio. It is highly rated on Google, Facebook, and HomeAdvisor, and rated A+ by the Better Business Bureau. Call 440-454-7041 to arrange for a free estimate or visit PristineClean.com. All technicians are bonded, insured, and certified by the Power Washers of North America.
