SCS Elite MediSpa specializes in rejuvenating skin of all ages to produce a spectacular spring glow.

While most facials follow a familiar routine—cleansing, exfoliating, steaming, extractions, masking, and moisturizing—not all facial treatments, or aestheticians, are created equal. When it comes to the health and appearance of your skin, the clinical expertise of the aestheticians at Skin Care Solutions Elite MediSpa can be the difference between a temporary glow and transformative results.

“Skincare trends come and go, but our seasoned aestheticians rely on years of experience and deep clinical knowledge, not just whatever happens to be trending,” says Aaron Mierzwiak, practice administrator. “Our aestheticians take the time to truly get to know their clients and collaborate with them on a customize skincare plan.”

Renowned for its expertise in facial and body rejuvenation, SCS Elite MediSpa offers wide-ranging treatments, from signature facials to wrinkle relaxers, dermal fillers, chemical peels, microneedling and more. With locations in Medina, Green and Wooster, each spa is staffed by a highly skilled team of licensed aestheticians who work alongside physicians and nurse practitioners to develop results-driven treatment plans tailored to each client.

Here, three of its aestheticians share their favorite facials.

Brittany Ballachino

A licensed aesthetician with 20 years of experience, Brittany previously worked at the Cleveland Clinic providing medical aesthetics in pre-op, post-op and wound care before joining the SCS Elite MediSpa in Medina.

One of her featured treatments is the Rezenerate NanoFacial, which will get you glowing almost immediately.

“I infuse hyaluronic acid into the skin before gliding the Rez pen over the face,” she explains. “The nanotechnology temporarily creates micro-channels in the skin’s surface, allowing nutrients in the products to deeply penetrate the dermal layer where collagen production is stimulated. The result is plump and hydrated skin.

Since the results are immediate and there is no downtime, this is the perfect facial to get before special events like a wedding or prom.

Taylor Davidian

A Northeast Ohio native who grew up in North Royalton, Taylor discovered her passion for skincare while studying psychology at Arizona State University. Experiencing stress-related breakouts during college sparked her interest in skin health, ultimately leading her to change career path and pursue aesthetics.

Today, she works alongside the physicians at SCS Elite MediSpa’s Medina and Green offices. She is well versed in the latest technology, including the newest skin-tightening innovation—Tixel. This noninvasive treatment uses controlled heat and motion to create microscopic channels in the skin, stimulating collagen production and cellular renewal.

“After a Tixel treatment patients notice improvement in skin texture and pigmentation,” she says.

Kelci Keim

SCS Elite MediSpa’s newest aesthetician working in the Green office, Kelci was once a client herself.

“I used to have cystic acne and came here for advanced facials and medical-grade products, which made my skin clear, even and balanced,” Kelci says. “That transformation inspired me to switch careers and become a licensed aesthetician.”

Kelci now specializes in acne-focused facials for both women and men who have struggled with persistent breakouts.

“I customize each facial based on the client’s skin,” she explains. “For acne-prone skin, treatments typically include a gentle cleanser paired with a salicylic toner and an enzyme mask. For clients with acne scarring, the BioRePeel, a medical-grade peel, is a great add-on, as it boosts cell turnover and stimulates collagen for overall skin rejuvenation.”
