Gray blending

Celebrating natural gray with soft, customized color.

Cory’s Hair Studio & Day Spa offers a more modern approach to graying hair.

“Gray blending is one of my favorite services because it enhances what you already have instead of covering it up completely,” says Cassie Nassar, a hairstylist at Cory’s Hair Studio & Day Spa. “Rather than harsh lines or high maintenance roots, gray blending softly weaves your natural grays into the rest of your hair for a more dimensional, lived-in look.”

The shift toward blended gray is part of a broader beauty movement—one that favors authenticity over perfection and embraces individuality.

“I have a growing number of clients looking for ways to complement their gray hair rather than conceal it,” Cassie says. “Gray blending is ideal for people who want to have 50% or more gray showing, so the color grows out more softly and looks more natural.”

Cassie personalizes each color service based on a client’s goal, whether that means enhancing natural silver strands with thoughtfully placed highlights and lowlights that create depth or using all-over color to change the hair color.

“When transitioning to gray hair, it takes several months to achieve the desired look,” she notes.

With gray blending, clients now have more options than the all-or-nothing choice between dyeing it or letting it grow out—offering a modern way to embrace change with style.

Cory’s Hair Studio & Day Spa is located at 7216 Pearl Road in Middleburg Heights. For an appointment call 440-888-8864 or visit CorysHairStudio.net.
