Forever 22

Aesthetics services offered at Forever 22 are geared toward helping you look and feel your best.

Forever 22 founder and aesthetic nurse Brandi Rae Sesock, MSN, CNP, has incorporated a plentiful menu of youth-enhancing services within her already booming business.

You may imagine the name Forever 22 for a med spa would mean it offers rejuvenating aesthetic services to keep you looking age 22. It does, but that’s only part of it.

Founder and aesthetic nurse Brandi Rae Sesock, MSN, CNP, says 22 is her lucky number. It’s her birthday and her wedding day, 10-22-22. And when she applied for a phone number, she was randomly assigned one with the last four digits—you guessed it—1022. You’ll find it tattooed on her wrist, draped around her neck and featured in the adorable signage around the spa.

Whether luck really had anything to do with her successful career in aesthetics is up for debate. After she graduated from nurse practitioner school at Case Western Reserve University, she chose to pursue specialties in aesthetics and internal medicine because she found a gift for helping people look and feel their best inside and out. While still working for a major hospital system, she began to offer in-home Botox parties and the business venture took off. She opened Forever 22 in June 2024 and relocated to Valley City in March 2025.

Living walls, crystal chandeliers, pink velvet and gold seating, gilded mirrors, vintage wallpaper and a welcoming gourmet coffee bar conspire to make this space posh and welcoming.

Is it Time for ’Tox?

Brandi says Botox is one of her most asked-for treatments. In a world of good-better-best results, her service is top-tier. Her work is a blend of art, science and seasoned expertise.

“During the consultation, I look at a person’s features, find out what they want to achieve, and then together we choose how to enhance them,” she says. “I love handing them the mirror after and seeing how pleased they are with the improvement. I have clients in their 70s. You’re never too old for Botox.”

Also, this time of year, when we’re all heading back out in the sunshine, clients are looking for treatments to diminish dark spots, lines, wrinkles and pore size, while revitalizing their skin.

“My medical-grade chemical peels are loaded with exfoliants and antioxidants,” she says. “It refreshes and reveals glowing skin, while also boosting collagen production.”

For next-level fillers, she’s seeing incredible results with PBF, or Plasma Gel Biofiller.

“I draw a client’s blood, spin it in a centrifuge to release the collagen-producing platelets, and inject it where needed to smooth wrinkles and restore volume and texture,” she says. “It works immediately, then keeps on working for several months.”

Customized Medical Weight Loss that Works

Whether you need to lose 20 pounds or 120 pounds, Brandi works with the two major GLP-1 medications through a compounding pharmacy to obtain dosages tailored to each person.

“We begin with counseling, defining their goals and how we can tweak their nutrition and lifestyle to keep the weight off for the rest of their lives,” she says. “Based on a patient’s specific need, we decide what’s right for them. I have clients from their 20s to their 70s who are delighted with the results.”

In addition to medical weight-loss solutions, Brandi prescribes vitamin shots, from B12 to lysine and alpha lipoic acid, to boost everything from energy and metabolism to glowing skin.

Forever 22 Med Spa is located at 6677 Center Road, in the same plaza as Valley City Chill and Grille, in Valley City. Check the Facebook page for a schedule of upcoming events. Brandi also throws special events and private parties at the spa for groups of up to 20 people. Call 440-703-1022 or visit Forever22.store for more information.
