Robert Morgan Brown, founder of Let’s Get IT Coaching & Mentoring, has many diverse clients, including successful businesspeople who entered a career path or started their own company with a dream in mind, but it turned into a toxic nightmare. They end up overworked and unfulfilled. The “IT” in his company name stands for “inner truth.”

For anyone feeling stuck—working tirelessly yet leading a life that feels like something is missing—Robert Morgan Brown is a breath of fresh air.

He’s parlayed more than 30 years in the corporate world as a thought leader and internationally renowned motivational speaker to help coach people on how to set, chase and achieve their goals. He refers to himself as a “manifestation coach,” and his company is called Let’s Get IT Coaching & Mentoring.

Rediscovering Passion and Purpose

“The ‘IT’ stands for Inner Truth,” he explains. “I am on a mission to empower people to manifest their dream lives. I help people reconnect with their true selves by clearing energetic blocks in their subconscious minds like procrastination, self-sabotage and fear of massive success that hold them back from living their dreams fully.

Most people aren’t tapping into their real passion and purpose and are settling for what they can do instead of thriving using their unique talents and gifts to do exactly what they were specifically designed to do. The goal is to help business professionals and entrepreneurs achieve their optimal best while finding balance between their work and home life, cultivating happiness and enjoying peace.”

In 2014, Robert created the six-week Manifest Your Dream Life Now! program.

“Through one-on-one virtual sessions, we provide a transformational journey of personal and professional growth,” he says. “With my guidance and support, I help people unlock their potential and manifest their deepest aspirations. The goal is to overcome obstacles, fearlessly embrace your hopes and desires and cultivate an abundance mindset.”

He explains that many of his clients are successful business people who entered a career path or started their own company with a dream in mind, but it turned into a toxic nightmare. They end up overworked and unfulfilled.

To scale his methods to more people, Robert has recently added “published author” to his CV. His book, The 4-Day Difference, is designed for you to feel a difference in your mindset and a positive change in your business.

“The book acts as a jumpstart to holistic change, a blueprint for making strides to follow your dream life,” he says. “It addresses all aspects of a person’s life, from wealth to health, spirituality and building relationships. For each day, content is discussed, and the reader is given assignments to work on.”

Robert’s own dream life is shared with his wife Sophia, five children and grandson. He says becoming the best husband, father and grandfather is essential to his overall success. His family has been involved in the Solon community for many years.

“I believe if you can dream it, you can have it,” he adds.

What His Clients Are Saying

Robert’s success rate with clients is impressive. Here are a few of the many five-star reviews:

“Robert has been very motivational,” says Ravin M. “It’s been great to work with a coach who is personable and has magnetic enthusiasm for you and the journey you strive to be on.”

Maggie B. says he far exceeded her expectations. “Do you want a positive change in your life? This is the best investment you can make.”

And Tamika H. says she was skeptical, as this was her first time working with a life coach. “After the very first meeting with him, I had a strong feeling that he and I could work together and that he could help me get to where I am working to get in life. I have learned so much from Robert. I am growing under his leadership, facing fears, growing along the way. I am forever grateful.”
