Connect to training via the app

Kyle Hotz, ACE; Owner and Founder of Higher Heights Fitness • September 15, 2025

This state-of-the-art app will help us better serve people by making our signature brand of Higher Heights professional programming more convenient and accessible—anytime, anywhere.

A person wearing a green fitness set uses a smartphone while standing inside a bright, open gym.

The Everfit app would be a perfect tool for people who travel for work or cannot easily make it to the studio for workouts.

We’re always looking for ways to better connect with our clients to make the most positive impact in their lives. After doing a lot of research into training and coaching software, this month I’m thrilled to announce we’re introducing the Everfit app to members.

This state-of-the-art app will help us better serve people by making our signature brand of Higher Heights professional programming more convenient and accessible—anytime, anywhere. We can customize and design workouts with instructional videos and prescribe them for times someone can’t get to the gym. They can do them either in their own home gym, or at a park or rec center.

It comes with capabilities we can individualize to each person, tracking their workouts geared toward their needs and goals, as well as including our nutrition coaching program.

Everfit would be a perfect tool for people who travel for work or cannot easily make it to the studio for workouts.

Another benefit for my trainers is it will allow them to expand their reach and do an efficient job of helping clients progress in a manner that works for both of them.

Before any training programs are designed, whether via the app or in person, we focus on assessment with InBody 270 scanner to take a person’s health stats and then reassess the results every six to eight weeks.

Higher Heights Fitness has three locations: 15315 Detroit Road, just west of Warren Road in Lakewood, 216-712-6767; and 8251 Chippewa Road in the back of the Heinen’s Plaza in Brecksville, 440-630-9497.
