Wherever you want to make an impact in your home, Impact Home Remodeling has the solution.

A modern kitchen featuring navy blue cabinets, a marble waterfall island with three stools, and stainless steel appliances.

What started as a landscaping business in 1998, Impact Home Remodeling has catapulted into one of the area’s premier home remodeling companies—encompassing both interiors and exteriors.

When looking for a reputable remodeling contractor, what you see is what you get with Impact Home Remodeling. This local family business is operated by a husband-and-wife team, and homeowner after homeowner is giving them glowing five-star reviews. A stunning portfolio of jobs ranges from dream kitchens to spa bathrooms and first-floor worthy basements.

“We think our work speaks for itself,” says Joe Chiera, who, along with his wife Kristen, owns this local remodeling company. “We get so many referrals from clients who love their remodels, so that really is the best way to build a reputable, successful business. Plus, many of our remodeling jobs come from Mimi magazine readers who see our story and want to connect with us. Our clients like that we are a local small business, where the company owners are involved with every job.”

What started as a landscaping business in 1998, Impact Home Remodeling has catapulted into one of the area’s premier home remodeling companies—encompassing both interiors and exteriors.

“I started my business by push-mowing lawns,” Joe says. “While a senior at Walsh Jesuit High School, I mowed lawns to earn spending money while balancing time between school and playing baseball.”

With a strong work ethic and keen business acumen, his company has morphed two decades later into a full-service landscaping and home remodeling company with a staff of 50 landscapers and a construction crew.

“The two pillars of our remodeling company are quality workmanship and a great design sense,” Kristen says. “When remodeling your home, you have the opportunity to put your own stamp on it. Whether that means opting for a timeless kitchen with white cabinets and subway tiles, or a bold-patterned tile in your bathroom, we work with each homeowner to help them define their style and look at their space with a fresh eye.”

Uniquely qualified to handle all aspects of your home—from designing new kitchens and finishing basements to installing landscaping and creating outdoor living spaces—Impact makes your outdoor and indoor design seamless.

“We take care of all things related to your home,” Joe says. “Whether you want to remodel your kitchen, finish your basement, build an addition, add an expansive patio or spruce up your landscaping, we can do it all.

“Our company is unique in that we do both home remodeling and landscaping,” Kristen adds. “This allows us to handle any job a homeowner might need.”
