Prepare for Annual Enrollment

Taking a quick couple of minutes to chat about Medicare with me is different from the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period, which this year runs from Wednesday, October 15, to Sunday, December 7.

For people with Medicare, September is traditionally a time to review their current plan. Taking a quick couple of minutes to chat about Medicare with me is different from the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period, which this year runs from Wednesday, October 15, to Sunday, December 7.

I’d like to invite you to spend just a few minutes on the phone, via video call or in person to do a quick review of your current Medicare coverage. How did you feel about your Medicare plan over the last year? Did your plan meet your needs and budget? Are you on new medications? Do you have new doctors?

This information can help you understand your current coverage and be prepared for Annual Enrollment Period. As new Medicare Advantage plans are introduced, information about available options will become accessible. Then, when the Annual Enrollment Period begins, we can review those options and explore what might work best for your needs.

During the month of September, you’ll receive your Annual Notification of Change (ANOC) from your Medicare Advantage Plan and Prescription Drug Plan. This notification details changes to your plan that may or may not impact you. As you review this information, we can talk about these changes and your current or potential health care needs.

By preparing now for the Annual Enrollment Period, you may be informed ahead of time. And, as always, my guidance is available at no cost. I look forward to hearing from you.
