Home refresh for the holidays

Impact Home Remodeling specializes in creating spaces that help homeowners make cherished memories.

Impact’s most recent remodeling project in Hudson features a beautiful new kitchen, including a beverage center and a spacious island with seating.

When creating your holiday wish list this year, think big.

Too big to be wrapped and enormously grand, a home remodeling project is a unique and thoughtful gift that will transform any space into a place to make family memories for years to come.

A gift that will be cherished by the entire family, it reflects an understanding of what truly matters—a space that brings joy, comfort and connection.

“Homeowners still have time to finish a remodeling project before the holidays,” says Joe Chiera, who, along with his wife Kristen, owns Impact Home Remodeling. “There are so many ways we can spruce up your home, from a new home office, laundry room and home gym, to bathroom and kitchen remodels. Many of these projects we can finish in less than four weeks.”

For bigger projects that change the footprint of your house, such as home additions and kitchen bump-outs, as well as finished basements, now is the time to plan for next year.

Impact can have these projects installed in your home before the holidays. Shown here are a laundry room, home office and home gym remodel.

“Going into winter, when moving from the back yard to indoors, it is the time that homeowners want to refresh their interiors,” Joe says. “Many homeowners have been spending the past six months outside grilling and hanging out in the back yard and will miss that extra space outdoor living affords when the winter weather sets in.”

“We can do any scope of remodeling projects, from building a closet organization system and adding a kitchen pantry, to building an entire home addition,” he says. “We also tell people who are interested in a large landscaping project, patio, pavilion or swimming pool that now is the time to get on the radar so come spring we will be ready.”

What started as a landscaping business in 1997, Impact has catapulted into one of Northeast Ohio’s premier home remodeling companies.

“We make your home beautiful inside and out,” says Kristen, who was a critical care nurse before getting involved in the family business. Her caring demeanor now translates to the exceptional customer service she provides and design inspiration she gives homeowners. “We are uniquely qualified to make a positive impact on your entire home by seamlessly blending your indoor and outdoor living areas.”
