“Working with chefs and chemists, we formulate the products ourselves before manufacturing them,” Meredith says. “Though we also sell online, we love it when people who are new to the products pop in the store. Our salespeople are consultants. They ask questions about a person’s lifestyle and wellness goals—for instance, do they want to address joint pain, improve their sleep or reduce inflammation in the body? Is anxiety an issue? Are they looking for more energy and clearer focus? Our customers are savvy and have shopped around at other local stores and have come to trust our impactful products because we distinctively transform people’s lives. We hand-craft these products instead of buying from distributors. We meticulously control what goes into our products to make them distinctively different. We are giving our clientele a renewed sense of their health.”
