Autumn Harvest Firming Facial

The MediSpa features different facials throughout the year with a seasonal focus. This month the spotlight is the Autumn Harvest Firming Facial, a seasonal treatment designed to resurface and rejuvenate skin using a combination of a yam and pumpkin enzymes along with a pumpkin bakuchiol perfecting mask.

“Pumpkin’s natural enzymes and antioxidants gently resurface and brighten, while bakuchiol helps firm and smooth for a youthful radiance,” Taylor says. “With dermaplaning included, your complexion is left polished, glowing and perfectly.

Smooth and Tighten with Tixel

The newest skin tightening treatment, Tixel uses heat and motion to create microscopic channels in the skin promoting collagen production.

“We do not penetrate the skin, so it is very noninvasive,” Taylor says. “It is one of our most popular anti-aging treatments because it tightens the skin with very minimal downtime and just some redness for 24 to 48 hours.”

Unlike traditional laser treatments, Tixel delivers controlled heat through a titanium tip, stimulating collagen production and creating smoother, tighter skin—without affecting the surrounding tissues. 

It addresses a multitude or concerns, such as fine lines, wrinkles, crepey or sagging skin; sun damage and pigmentation; acne scars and open pores; and neck and décolleté rejuvenation.

“After a Tixel treatment you will notice improvement in skin texture and pigmentation,” she says. “The long-term results are skin tightening and softening of lines when done in a series. We recommend three treatments, one per month for the first three months, then once a year for maintenance.”
