Beyond treating back pain
Treating extremities like shoulders, knees, hips, feet, elbows and wrists is a significant part of our conservative chiropractic approach.

It might be in our name and featured in our logo, but most patients are surprised to learn that we work with other body parts beyond the spine.
Treating extremities like shoulders, knees, hips, feet, elbows and wrists is a significant part of our conservative chiropractic approach. We offer an alternative to corrective surgery or joint replacement.
Extremity issues often stem from biomechanical failures due to injury or overuse, which pushes a joint out of alignment. We restore the ideal mechanics to eliminate pain, increase function, and return the joint to where it should be.
Rotator cuff strains and impingement are conditions we treat successfully. Hip issues, even serious ones such as labral tears, respond well to manipulation, massage and acupuncture.
Over the past several years, we’ve seen an uptick in carpal tunnel cases. Chiropractic care sustainably addresses the root cause of nerve compression instead of just cutting the tendon through invasive surgery.
Plantar fasciitis, a common cause of heel pain, is easily repairable for us. It often strikes people who are on their feet all day, as well as runners. Using a therapy called gua sha, we scrape an instrument along the bottom of the foot to stretch and elongate the fibrous tissue to break down inflammation and increase healthy blood flow. Then we do ultrasound therapy, massage, manipulation and prescribe at-home exercises. They can get back to their normal routine within weeks.
