Auto rescue

Now that winter has finished wreaking havoc on our vehicles, it’s time for Next Level Auto Detailing to come to the rescue.

Shawn Medina’s Next Level Auto Detailing only works with the most advanced precision equipment and commercial-grade products to restore a mirror-like factory finish to every car, as well as protect it from future damage.

The weather forecast for spring is cloudy with a chance of chips, scrapes and dings. No worries. If you are someone who appreciates a sleek, perfect finish on your car, whether it’s a daily drive, vintage roadster or luxury ride, the meticulous techs at Next Level Auto Detailing have you covered.

“Spring is my busiest time of year,” says Shawn Medina, who opened the high-end restoration and detailing shop in Broadview Heights in 2009. “People want to rescue their car from all the mess that winter has thrown at it.”

Shawn is a perfectionist who only works with the most advanced precision equipment and commercial-grade products to restore a mirror-like factory finish to every car, as well as protect it from future damage.

His specialties include detailing, restoration, advanced systems of paint correction (machine polishing) and ceramic coatings.

To resuscitate your car, he offers detailing packages that range from $99-$299 and will have your car looking spiffy again from fender to fender, inside and out. Removing surface scratches and scuff marks is included in the service.

Protective film coatings are also a big part of the business.

“With our PPF paint protective film coatings, cars can withstand the elements better,” he says. “It’s like a coating of glass over the finish, highly glossy, deeply reflective and slick. You don’t need to wax a car after it gets a coating like this.”

Machine Polishing Classes

Shawn has a loyal following of car people who love their cars. Over the years, there’s been interest from them to learn more about machine polishing. With decades of experience in the automotive industry, he’s uniquely qualified to impart his knowledge and expertise.

“I decided to start one-on-one classes and they’ve become a big hit,” he says. “The classes cover everything you need to know, including classroom work and hands-on work. The guys have loved them.”

Call Shawn directly to schedule the class time that best fits with your schedule.

Deals and Steals

As a side job that’s taken off, Shawn and his brother Joey started a sister company to Next Level called Vehicle Brothers of Ohio

“We’re so enmeshed in the car community in Northeast Ohio, that gives us access to a broad pool of inventory,” he says. “People trust that we know the real value of their car and will buy and sell it for a fair dollar.”

They have a knack for coming upon beautifully preserved cars with remarkably low mileage that they sell for a low price. For instance, currently on the site, you’ll find a vintage silver 1999 Mercedes with 27,200 miles for only $13,000, and a 1980 brown Mercedes with 28,000 miles on it for $25,000.

“Oftentimes if a family has an older loved one who has had their mint-condition automobile sitting under wraps for years, they know to give us a call,” he says. “We do our best to make the experience transparent, simple, stress-free and fun.”

If you’re looking to sell your car and don’t want to go through the hassle of going to a car dealership, bring it to Next Level and Shawn and Joey will get you the best possible offer.

Next Level Auto Detailing is headquartered at 601 Towpath Trail, Unit D, in Broadview Heights. Shawn’s service is A+ rated by the Better Business Bureau. Call 440-476-9282 or visit NextLevelAutoDetailing.com or VehicleBrothers.com for more information. To keep up with growing demand, Next Level is looking to hire experienced auto detailers. These jobs offer highly competitive wages and a fun work environment.
