Beyond the scalpel and stitches. Here’s how Dr. Michael Yerukhim is rejuvenating faces at his Cleveland Aesthetics Center.

At Cleveland Aesthetics Center, Dr. Michael Yerukhim blends surgical expertise with advanced nonsurgical innovations to offer comprehensive facial rejuvenation. Explore treatments designed to restore, refine, and inspire confidence for patients of all ages.

The median age of people seeking some level of facial rejuvenation sooner rather than later is now late 30s to early 50s. With increase in the “Ozempic Face” phenomenon, the demand for facial aesthetics services and surgeries is skyrocketing. Everyone wants to feel comfortable, confident and look as radiant on the outside as they feel on the inside—and they want to do it as soon as possible.

Dr. Michael Yerukhim is a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon offering the latest technologies and aesthetic procedures available to combat the signs of facial aging in a comfortable and personalized environment at his private practice clinic, Cleveland Aesthetics Center, in Middleburg Heights. Turns out looking and feeling your best is more attainable, less painful and more cost-effective than ever before.

“Every face ages differently based on genetics, lifestyle and environmental exposures,” Dr. Yerukhim says. “It takes an experienced, trained eye to appreciate all these components and combine them with an extensive knowledge of facial surgery and anatomy to provide patients with a variety of powerful and customized options that fit their life and goals. We start with the least invasive treatments and are never beholden to any single procedure. We offer a nuanced evaluation and a customized plan to achieve each person’s specific goals.”

Dr. Yerukhim’s full range of treatments includes the newest generation of aesthetic lasers and analytical tools to treat the skin and address structural issues of the face.

Here are a few of the latest treatments Dr. Yerukhim offers at Cleveland Aesthetics Center.

Harmony (by Alma)

This is a versatile, multi-technology platform designed to address a wide range of skin and aesthetic concerns. It features upgraded non-ablative lasers used individually or in combination to treat wrinkles, fine lines, acne and surgical scars, spider veins, rosacea, melasma, sun and age spots, uneven skin tone, texture and skin firmness and laxity.

Harmony treatments include:

  • ClearLift Pro: A non-ablative fractional laser that treats deeper skin layers and pigmentation, improves skin tone and texture (even tattoos), stimulates collagen and skin tightening, and is safe for all skin types, all with no downtime or discomfort— a true “lunchtime lift”.
  • Iris Dye-VL: IPL (intense pulse light) is used to target more superficial layers, such as redness and sun damage, with improvements in skin firmness and color. It is also essentially painless with no downtime – a next-generation “photofacial.”
  • VascuPen: A precision laser providing localized treatment of superficial vascular issues like spider veins and angiomas without pain or downtime.

“Harmony is a versatile device with an incredibly wide range of applications for the various layers of skin, and with no downtime,” Dr. Yerukhim says.

Hybrid (by Alma)

This treatment combines combines two powerful fractionated lasers—an ablative CO2 laser and a non-ablative 1570 nm laser. This unique combination allows for customized skin resurfacing treatments that offer the most powerful options to treat even the worst scars, acne, deepest wrinkles, and heavy discoloration

These 2 lasers target both superficial and deeper skin layers leading to big results. And with Dr. Yerukhim’s surgical techniques, the numbing protocols will ensure that you remain comfortable throughout the procedure.

“The most powerful Hybrid treatments offer the best results but require the most downtime. However, we can completely customize the treatment settings to suit individual needs and available downtime, even if it’s minimal.”

IQ (by Alma)

IQ is a state of the art skin analysis tool that allows to visualize the various skin layers to reveal underlying concerns that may not be visible to the naked eye.

This information guides the creation of a personalized treatment plan utilizing the strengths of both Harmony and Hybrid devices to achieve comprehensive customized skin rejuvenation.

IQ uses 10 distinct light sources to scan multiple layers of the skin in just 10 seconds, providing a detailed understanding of the skin’s health and concerns. The high-resolution images reveal both surface and deeper layer conditions, including pigmentation, vascular issues, texture irregularities and signs of aging, and generates a comprehensive skin health report that helps Dr. Yerukhim in creating a personalized treatment plan.

“IQ helps to analyze the condition of the skin, Harmony offers a broad range of no-downtime treatment options and Hybrid provides a deeper, more targeted approach to skin resurfacing and rejuvenation,” Dr. Yerukhim says. “They all work together to deliver customized and powerful results, leaving patients with smoother, rejuvenated and youthful-looking skin.”

The world of facial aging treatments is changing quickly—and patients at Cleveland Aesthetics Center are reaping the benefits of these exciting new advances.

“My goal is to help every patient feel confident and whole,” says Dr. Yerukhim. “We offer a wide range of options to fit each person’s needs—whether that’s injectables like Botox and dermal fillers, state-of-the-art laser treatments with our Harmony and Hybrid systems, powerful surgical procedures such as deep-plane face and neck lifts, eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty), and rhinoplasty, or reconstructive procedures for trauma, scars, and skin cancer.”

As Dr. Yerukhim points out, we’re living longer than ever—and patients looking to look and feel their best are starting younger, too. The good news is, there’s no reason to wait to feel great. With the latest techniques and technology available at Cleveland Aesthetics Center, the possibilities for looking as good as you feel are virtually endless.
