Mine is the voice you hear when calling P.K. Wadsworth Heating & Cooling, and how I use it is one of the most important parts of my job. When I am speaking with our customers, I want them to know right away that I can get the situation managed either myself or by forwarding on to management. Following up on any customer service issue situation is also key. Even if I was not able to get the issue resolved, I want customers to have confidence knowing I did everything I could to help them.

In customer service, empathy is another important skill to have—letting the customer know we hear what they are saying and that we appreciate them bringing the situation to our attention.

I enjoy my role in customer service. Being able to help our customers make their lives more comfortable and getting to know them over the years has been an extremely rewarding experience. Our customers now ask for “Christine” by name, because they trust I will be able to help them quickly and efficiently.
