When it comes to selling your home in the least amount of time for the most amount of money, exposure is everything.

No one understands that better than Amy Hoes, of eXp Realty.

“While some brokerages in town that we compete with have chosen to limit a home’s profile on many real estate websites, it’s our goal to put as many eyes as possible on your home,” she says. “To limit views is to limit demand and, ultimately, your potential profit. We would never sell our clients’ homes short.”

Marketing Tactics That Work
For the past 14 years, Amy and her team have made it their business to research social media platforms and print media, then craft an advertising campaign unique to each home to get it in front of the widest net of potential buyers.

These shrewd tactics are working. In a challenging market, where most Realtors have difficulty closing deals, Amy’s sales are up about 40 percent through the first five months of the year. Integral to her growth is expanding her team, which is ranked in the top one-half percent of all agent teams in the country, according to RealTrends.

“We’ve been blessed to find top agents to make our team flourish,” she says. “With two new members, our cohesive group is up to 13. It is stacked with industry veterans, as well as those who are newer to the profession. I’m beyond proud of their hard work and the success they’ve achieved.”

Even though the team is growing, the direction remains one of concierge service, with an emphasis on streamlined communication.

“Our goal is to make the home-selling or buying experience simple and stress-free,” she says. “eXp Realty is number one in the country and the fastest-growing brokerage in Northeast Ohio for good reason. We’re thrilled to be part of the momentum.”

What’s the Medina Market Doing?
“Although interest rates may continue to slowly rise this year, and inflation is always a consideration, we are fortunate in Medina,” says Amy. Our home values are stable and I think we’ll see that stabilization continue locally across the market over the next couple of years.

She says Northeast Ohio is performing better than the rest of the country in terms of home values vs. the rise in inflation.

“While home sales volume in Medina County might be a little quieter and slower now than it was a year ago, my team has remained in growth mode,” she adds. “No matter what’s happening in the market, the best time to buy or sell a home is when it’s right for the individual or their family. Our job is to make our clients’ goals a reality.”

Community Outreach
The Amy Hoes Team is made up of Medina residents who treat buyers and sellers like neighbors, because they often are.

They regularly sponsor events benefitting the Special Olympics, local talent shows and theater productions, as well as school and sports programs. This summer marks the third year they are the title sponsor for the Medina Farmers Market, which is held every Saturday through October 7th on the Square from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. Stop by The Amy Hoes Team booth for free goodies, giveaways, and to meet members of the team. Moving On
Over the years, we’ve mentioned Amy and her husband Kurt’s children going through Medina schools. Today, Atalie is hard at work studying for her real estate license so she can join the family business. Along the way she’s been busy as a certified personal trainer. Son Bryan graduated a year early and is working hard to build his own business, Greaser Detailing.

“Though our kids might not be in school anymore, we still love to support our schools, boosters and sports teams,” says Amy. “For us, keeping our charitable dollars local and championing hometown causes is a no-brainer.”
