Let your smile change the world, not the world change your smile.”

These uplifting wall words are proudly featured in the entranceway of the new Sinick Family Dental building in Medina. And they hit close to home for the dynamic duo of Drs. Christopher and Jessica Sinick, who for years have rejuvenated smiles and promoted dental health through traditional and cosmetic procedures.

“We’re thrilled to have expanded the practice into our new building, which we moved into in May, nearly quadrupling our former space, going from 1,500 square feet to 5,300 square feet,” says Dr. Christopher.

In addition to 11 state-of-the-art operatories, the space features an expansive waiting room with welcoming fireplace and homey furnishings.

“We were going for a warm, rustic and inviting feeling instead of cold and medical,” says Dr. Jessica. “A little taste of Chip and Joanna Gaines here in Medina.”

Little Things Mean a Lot
To make your visit as enjoyable as possible, the Sinicks created welcoming and cozy operatories and equipped them with televisions and DirecTV, so you can watch your favorite show during the visit. The same televisions can pull double-duty and allow the doctors to pull up digital X-rays and videos so the patient can see what they see, which is helpful in coming up with the best treatment plan for every single patient.

Parents can relax on corner chairs within the operatories while their kiddos have their appointments.

“Our goal is to help people relax, especially the children,” says Dr. Jessica, who notes that younger patients love picking out of the old-fashioned gumball machine, which dispenses Lego toys instead of sugary treats.

Cosmetic Procedures
“Over the years, we’ve had patients say what a game-changer improving their smile is and that’s one of our favorite things about our practice,” says Dr. Jessica. They go the extra mile when coming up with a treatment plan, taking a photo of the patient and generating a “smile mockup” of what is possible with perfectly straightened and shaped, bright white teeth.

Services include, but are not limited to: veneers, crowns, bridges, restoration, whitening and Invisalign.

To take your smile to a brighter white, the dentists chose the best system on the market today: KOR. It promises superior results via both in-office and at-home treatments. They can also treat white spots on teeth caused by braces.

“We just returned from Arizona, where we attended a symposium on treatment planning for complicated cosmetic procedures,” says Dr. Christopher, who notes that they travel across the country several times a year to attend educational conferences and advanced training. “I had a recent patient who came back after a smile makeover tell us that her whole attitude toward life changed with a beautiful smile. She was more confident and happier, and even got a promotion at work.”

In addition to preventative dentistry, services at Sinick Family Dental include veneers, crowns, bridges, restoration, whitening and Invisalign. Perhaps future dentists are Vivian and Chase Sinick.

Treating an Umbrella of Conditions
Oral health and educating the patient are just as important as cosmetics.

“Routine visits and preventive care are the backbone of our practice,” says Dr. Jessica. “So many concerns can be avoided if detected early on. We also appreciate that taking care of your oral health means also taking care of your overall health.”

In addition to fillings and general dentistry, the Sinicks can treat a gamut of dental issues, including:

• Root canals
• Bone grafting
• Dental implants
• Same-day crowns
• Dentures
• TMJ Services
• Extractions and wisdom teeth extractions

And while they love treating local families, they are also busy with their own three impossibly adorable children: Chase, Vivian and baby Evelyn, who like to spend time hanging out at the new practice.
