We also make it a point to exceed our customers’ expectations,” Coleen says. “Customer service doesn’t seem to mean much anymore, but here it does. We always tell our guests not to expect the norm.”VCS employs a staff of 25 that includes a massage therapist, aesthetician, stylists, nail technician and support staff. Before hitting the floor, all stylists must pass through a rigorous six-month to one-year training program. And in the last two years, the main salon has undergone a complete renovation. “It’s even warmer in here than before,” Mary Kay smiles.
