Whether as a remodel or new home addition, Tamer Construction specializes in designing kitchens, bathrooms, great rooms, basements, in-law suites and attic conversions.
To help clients visualize all the possibilities in their home, they were one of the first construction firms in the area to introduce three-dimensional design software.
Clients view 3D presentations on a large flat screen loaded with interactive software that illustrates every step of the design process.
For those who like to shop from the real thing, Tamer opened the Kitchen & Bath Design Center in Broadview Heights, featuring an eclectic variety of model kitchens, baths, bars, and even a dream shower.
Designers on staff come up with a design after meeting with clients to maximize the functionality and update the look of a home remodel.
Certified in Universal Design
Tamer is one of a handful of builders in the area certified in Universal Design, which is making sure every component of a house can be used by every member of the house, regardless of age, ability or disability. This includes refashioning the design—whether its reworking doorways, or adding grab bars, tub-to-shower conversions, roll-in showers, first-floor bathroom and laundry additions or retro-fits, and even home elevators.
The company founded a new division called All Access Home Solutions.
