During this new norm, we have all changed our routines. As we adjust to daily life, we must remember to take care of ourselves. Through physical therapy we offer manual therapy and dry needling along with exercises to help resolve your symptoms—with the option of being treated online or in person.

Our trainer customizes home training programs with personalized video exercises adapted to what you have available at home. For stress relief and improving muscle function, massage therapy is provided in an air-purified room. In addition to traditional massages, we have a therapist who specializes in Thai massage (trained in Thailand). We’re one of the few locations in Northeast Ohio to offer this type of massage that features stretching and release techniques to relieve pain and muscle tightness while improving function.
