Professional concrete cleaning and sealing is one of those household jobs you shop around for…taking the time to find out if the company is BBB, Google, or Angie’s List-rated, making certain either someone you know has had an excellent experience with the company, or investigating online reviews from different sources.

Save Some Time
Wherever you look online, you will find five-star reviews of Pristine Clean’s professional service, honesty, hard work and results.

Just last week, Ronald Seders had this to say: “Tim cleaned and sealed our driveway and we couldn’t be more pleased. Before he started, he explained the whole process regarding what was going to happen. When he started, I was outside watching, but after a short while, I saw what a good job he was doing and I felt comfortable enough to go about other things I wanted to get done around the yard. After he had finished, he explained what we needed to do until the sealant dried and placed “do not cross” tape to stop drivers from turning around in the driveway. I highly recommend Tim and the job he did.”

Protecting Your Hefty Investment
You may walk on it, drive on it, skateboard or scooter down it, but do you appreciate that just behind your home or car, your driveway is one of your most expensive assets?

With the soaring cost of concrete and labor, the average price of a new concrete driveway is more than $10,000.

For more than a decade, Pristine Clean owners Anthony Alberino and Ken Wilson have helped thousands of customers protect their investment by using only the best-practice equipment, products and highly trained technicians.

“October is the perfect window of time for a clean and seal,” says Ken. “We will rid your concrete of dirt and grime, prep it for the sealant and safeguard it before winter hits.”

He points out that water can be an enemy to your driveway. “Water penetrates into the molecules of concrete, then when it freezes it can expand and take up to 9 percent more space. Our goal in sealing is to fill those molecular spaces so water cannot penetrate them, ensuring the integrity of the concrete.”

First the well-trained techs deep clean the concrete to mitigate stains and oils. Then they apply a sealer made of silane-siloxane, which chemically reacts to create a hydrophobic barrier.

Not only does the sealant mitigate against chipping and cracking, it also protects the driveway going forward against other contaminants, such as oils or road salt, he says.

And though October might be the ideal month for this service, Ken cautions people not to wait too long, as the sealants don’t work optimally once winter starts.

Why Transparency Matters
With Pristine Clean, forging trust with customers is the number one priority, and they accomplish that through honest and transparent pricing.

“There are several approaches to pricing in our industry and some of them are not fair to the customer,” says Anthony. “We don’t use inflationary pricing tactics or gimmicks. Educating the customer at every stage of the job is the way we operate. We offer our best price to every customer up front, period. With us, what you see is what you get, a professional service priced honestly.”
