Our five favorite exercises to start toward a better you

To get you started on a healthier journey, we’re offering access to five of our favorite dynamic exercises that require only a TheraBand, your own body weight and a ball, and can all be performed at home—no matter your age or fitness level.

These exercises can be modified by the resistance level of your band (generally light colors are less resistance and darks are more challenging).
