We’re not an operation that simply writes a check to those in need, we roll up our sleeves and get to work.

As electricians, we get satisfaction from solving problems for our customers, ensuring their safety and fixing what’s wrong.

We take the same direct, hands-on approach with our charitable pursuits. Over the years, we’ve chosen charities that are close to home—and close to our hearts.

In May, our staff sponsored 121 flags for the state of Ohio and personally placed them locally on the graves of fallen veterans who were EOD (Explosive Ordnance Disposal) Specialists from all branches of the military. My son, Ryan, served eight years in the Army as an EOD tech and lost friends in the line of duty. To us, placing the flags is an honor. We will never forget the fallen.

Another organization we’ve partnered with is Sleep in Heavenly Peace of Lake and Geauga counties. This volunteer group builds and delivers bunk beds for needy children. It’s tough to believe how many local kids have no bed to sleep on.

My wife and I started by volunteering at the Lake County Fairgrounds at a bed-building event. Since we have the indoor space, and the manpower, last fall I offered to host an event at our shop. We plan to do another one this fall. Our team selflessly put its time and sweat into sanding the wood and assembling the beds, no questions asked.

It meant a lot to them to see the tangible results of their efforts and know that it’s going back to someone in our community. We’re not an operation that simply writes a check to those in need, we roll up our sleeves and get to work. I’m proud of my staff and its dedication to others, as well as their daily jobs.
