Christy Morek’s Choice Group Keller Williams is picking up speed, adding members and gaining momentum.

Launched last year, the fearsome foursome is anchored by top-performing industry veterans Christy, who has 16 years in the business, and Wendy Connelly, who has 17 years. They are joined by Katie Hollo and Leanne Saffer, who are newer to the field but already crushing the numbers.

What they all have in common are roots on Cleveland’s west side, and a love of real estate.

Meet the Team

  • Christy: She’s lived in North Ridgeville for more than 20 years and watched it grow. She’s also closely involved in the schools and has a daughter who is a junior at the high school. (Go Rangers.) “I’m all about community. This is where we live, work and take care of each other. I bought my first home right here in North Ridgeville.”
  • Wendy: Having lived on Cleveland’s Westside for more than 33 years, she knows the ins and outs of every neighborhood. Wendy is passionate about finding clients their dream homes and also specializes in downsizing. If she’s not out closing deals, you can find her enjoying Lake Erie with her grandchildren.
  • Katie: As Wendy’s daughter, real estate is in Katie’s DNA. Coming from a sales background as well as graphic design, this new mom has exceptional people skills and creativity. “My Mom has worked at a few local agencies and always said KW had the best culture and training, so that’s why I wanted to get my start here.”
  • Leanne: She loves everything about homes, down to the gutters, and wanted to be an interior designer growing up. “When I bought my first home, the process made me realize how much I wanted to follow this path. I met Christy at a job fair and she was so warm and welcoming. I’m thrilled to be on this team.”

“People have so many choices when it comes to real estate,” says Christy. “Choosing the wrong company can cost you tens of thousands of dollars, whether you are buying or selling. Obviously, we think we are the best choice. And we’re proud that our hard-earned reputation for legendary service has encouraged people to choose us and tell their friends.”

Market Forecast: Hot, Hot, Hot
“With interests rates dropping to 3% and better, an already hot market is getting even hotter,” says Christy.

“This means with this historically low rate buyers will increase their buying power with this lower percentage. Plus, with a shortage of inventory, mostly in that first-time homebuyer price point of $150,000-$250,000, homes are selling as soon as they hit the market—often going into multiple offers.”

She suggests if people are thinking of putting their homes up for sale, now’s the time. The Choice Group offers a free market consultation that’s zero pressure and very educational.
