Taking good care of our physical, mental and emotional health may never be more important than it is right now. The team of holistic health specialists at Living Well Holistic Health in Middlefield practice a variety of therapies, offering you the best path to overall wellness.

Jason Roskelly, a licensed massage therapist, started Living Well Holistic Health in 2007 with just himself and one part-time massage therapist. Today, several independent practices have joined under one roof to form Living Well Holistic Health. The practitioners also partner with area physicians to complement each other.

“Doctors are realizing the benefits of non-pharmaceutical alternatives to healthcare and recovery,” says Jason. “We get results for our clients and get them back to living active, healthy lives.”

Meet the wellness specialists at Living Well Holistic Health ready to help you live your best life.

Jason offers deep tissue massage, hot stone therapy, prenatal massage, migraine release therapy and more to help reduce pain and stress.

“I had the vision of providing a group of practitioners with a common goal of helping people achieve overall wellness through non-pharmaceutical alternatives to healing,” says Jason. “Everything offered here can achieve results alone or as a complement to western medicine.”

Michelle Polon, Physical Therapist

Michelle Polon, Physical Therapist

Michelle specializes in low back pain and musculoskeletal pain prevention. She incorporates whole-body stretching and strengthening with Pilates and client specific education.

“I feel called to a practice with like-minded clinicians who complement the care I give,” says Michelle. “I want to treat clients one on one, outside of the expectations and demands of insurance companies. I am then able to take time to address food, nutrition and other lifestyle habits that may help decrease pain and inflammation.”

Through a series of whole-body movement screenings, Michelle identifies and corrects muscle imbalances and provides client education and home exercises. After one treatment, she says you will have a great awareness and understanding of your body and tools to avoid future pain and discomfort.

Jessica works as an independent contractor with chiropractors in Trumbull County, is certified in Workers Compensation and specializes in Swedish style therapeutic massage.

“It’s relaxation massage for people having issues with a specific part of the body,” says Jessica. “I work with anyone from teenagers to elderly clients with sports injuries, accident victims and repetitive injuries. I’m also here if you just want to relax and feel better.”

Jennifer Cabic, BCTN

Jennifer Cabic, BCTN

Jennifer is a board-certified traditional naturopath who is passionate about finding the root of your symptoms and putting you on a path toward good health and wellness.

“When I was sick, traditional medicine couldn’t help me,” says Jennifer. “I went to work finding my own solution through nutrition, supplementation, essential oils and other treatments.”

Jennifer also specializes in gut and immune system health and solutions to stress, anxiety and panic attacks.

“I use non-pharmaceutical treatments to put your body in a state of rest and digest instead of fight or flight,” says Jennifer. “Whatever it might be that’s holding you back, let’s work together to get you on the right track.”

In her own search for balance and health, Anna Marie discovered the Trager approach and became a certified practitioner in 1982. Trager is based on the practice of deep physical relaxation to increase physical mobility and mental clarity. Along with her degree in psychology, Anna Maria uses Trager to help clients regain pain-free, full range of motion.

“Trager involves a mind and body approach to relieving pain,” says Anna Maria. “Many clients see significant results after just one session.”
