Autism Speaks, the nation’s largest autism advocacy organization, will host a special one night only benefit concert featuring a performance by Don Felder from the Eagles, at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, on Saturday, May 1.

“Rock ‘Til It Stops” will be an evening of food, music, and fun as the Cleveland community joins together to raise awareness about autism and funds to support Autism Speaks.

There is great news for Solon area residents who love great sushi. Freeman Ngo has opened his third Pacific East location, at 33003 Aurora Road, in Solon. Pacific East is open for dinner seven days a week and it is open for lunch every day but Sunday. For more information, call 440-498-3223.

Twinsburg’s Parks and Recreation Department will host its annual “Adult Egg Hunt” on Thursday, April 1, at 8 p.m. This event is for adults 21 and over. Anyone interested can sign up to search for 300 numbered plastic eggs with prizes to correspond. Participants are asked to bring their own flashlights and baskets and prepare to have a lot of fun. The Solon Chamber of Commerce presents its “8th Annual Taste of Solon” on Sunday, March 14, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., at Signature of Solon, 39000 Signature Drive, Solon. Tickets are $25 each, which includes all-you-can-eat fare from a number of area restaurants. There will be a cash bar and live entertainment.

Participating restaurants include Jekyll’s Kitchen, Chicago Deli, Glenwillow Grille, Grum’s Sub Shoppe, Hilton Garden Inn Twinsburg, Honey Baked Ham & Café, Signature of Solon, Station 43, The Rusty Bucket, and many more. Event sponsors are Nestle Prepared Foods Company, Kelly Services, and Ohio Commerce Bank.
