Date: 10/31/2007 SEPTEMBER 27, 2007—I seem to keep hearing that people aren’t aware of the fabulous new music being released by the poets of our generation. The works of Dylan, Young, and Springsteen continue to transcend time. U2 has grown to be considered one of the greatest bands of all time. A great album is good from beginning to end, not just a couple of hit singles and a bunch of fluff.

So, I thought we should take a look back at some of the exceptional ones you may have missed over the last few years before moving forward. So your homework assignment for Minks Music 101 is to follow the alphabet trail and try one of these selections:
