If you can’t see the advantage of ConservaGlass Plus—that’s a good thing.

ConservaGlass Plus, offered exclusively by Four Seasons Sunrooms, uses a patented Stay-Clean technology that washes away rain spots, dirt, bird droppings and other view-obstructing filth. It means the view from your gorgeous Four Seasons sunroom is always clear—and you have more time to enjoy it.

Johns and Associates Inc., local franchise owner of Four Seasons Sunrooms, has featured ConservaGlass Plus on its sunrooms for years. This summer, the company will offer the same convenient technology on a new line of replacement windows.

The technology behind ConservaGlass is its special smooth design that causes rain to sheet down the window, instead of beading, drying and spotting. The even dispersion of rain washes away any dirt that is deposited on the glass. The Stay-Clean technology uses the sun’s ultraviolet rays to loosen dirt so the water can carry it away.

But that isn’t the only advantage of ConservaGlass Plus.

The glass reflects the sun’s heat in the summer, and reflects indoor heat back into the room in the winter, making your home more comfortable and energy efficient.

Greg and Joanne Johns, owners of Johns and Associates of Bedford Heights, have been bringing sunshine into people’s lives since they started their Four Seasons franchise in 1999.

A sunroom, Joanne says, is a great addition to your home and your quality of life.

“Instead of moving into a new home, it seems that more and more people are adding on to their existing homes and making them into what they really want,” she says. “When you add a sunroom, it’s more than just another room. It’s light and bright. It lets you enjoy the outdoors while being indoors and it adds value to your home.”

In fact, according to U.S. News and World Report, a sunroom addition provides a 98 percent return on your investment—the highest of any home improvement.

Four Seasons—as the name implies—specializes in spectacular heated sunrooms that you can enjoy all year long.

“Even on a day like today,” Joanne begins, on a miserable, snow-covered day when schools were closed, “the light of the outdoors changes your whole attitude. Most of our customers tell us that their only regret is that they didn’t do this sooner.”

New this year, for people who don’t have an all-season room in their budget, is Four Seasons’ economical alternative, the Series 200 single-glazed sunroom.

“It has a unique single-pane glass that makes it usable for most, but probably not all, of the year,” Joanne explains. “The nice part is that it is completely upgradable to a year-round room if you decide to do it down the road.”

Four Seasons offers a wide variety of sunroom styles and options. And when you schedule your no-obligation appointment to review the options, Greg will make the visit himself. That means you’ll work with the owner, not a high-pressure commissioned salesman.

“Not only does he sell the room, but he’ll come out regularly to check on the progress as it’s being built,” Joanne says. “He’s not happy unless the customer is happy.”

Customers like Arlene, of Mayfield Heights, for example, seem happy.

“There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that my life has changed for the better since your company built these magnificent split level sunrooms for my family,” she wrote. “I feel like I am on vacation every day.”

According to Bill and Ingrid, of Bath Township, “The difference between Four Seasons and the other [sunroom builders] was the people. The other guys were eager to sell us their standard product, but otherwise showed us little interest in our preferences and needs. Greg and Joanne Johns patiently listened to us.”
The average sized room takes about a month to complete and the schedule begins to fill up once spring approaches. But if you call Greg and Joanne soon, you might still get your new sunroom completed in time to enjoy it this summer.

Along with sunrooms and its  its soon to come line of replacement windows, Johns & Associates also offers SunSetter retractable awnings that cover a window or an entire patio.

“The awning is completely supported from the top,” Greg demonstrates. “No poles or supports are necessary to hold it up.”
